This is all about Moonbow, who we are, what we do, and why we exist.

If you are looking for a manufacturing company that offers to make products that

From camping and climbing gear to tool belts. Musical instrument cases to hats and juggling equipment.

There are other companies that sell outdoor camping, hiking, home textiles, bedding,
computer enhancements, commuter office luggage, and sport products.

But...We offer something different:

Custom hand-crafted goods from our shop in Rumney, NH.
Our crafts people hail from both the U.S. and abroad, melding skills into tasteful,
expressive, and most-importantly (to us), functional products.

We think it's time craftsmanship returned to the marketplace.

Order Information & Terms

Orders are taken by phone during our normal hours
(9-5 Eastern, Monday through Friday).

Alternatively, we accept orders any time by fax and email, too..

Payment by personal check, cashiers check or U.S. Money Order,
US currency only, please.

Items are shipped when payment is received...How does this work?

When we receive your order, we will assign an order number and determine the total
cost, along with shipping and reply with confirmation of the order for your approval.

Upon receipt of payment, the order is then filled and shipped. Confirmation is then sent to you as you designate.

So what does all this really mean?

Well, for the most part, Our products are "made to order."

Occasionally we have some "extra items"

Pictures will show products we have made or are currently making. You can choose from these items or tell us what you want and we'll make it for you.

If you want to alter your existing gear we can do that too. You'd be surprised what some people have asked us to do.

It's just that easy.

Notice, in order to avoid the hundreds of telemarketers and wrong numbers we have to resort to screening our calls.

(or we wouldn't get anything done)

So, please be assertive and leave a message.

We apologize if we haven't been able to get back to you as quick as we would like. Sometimes we get too busy.

If you are serious about our products it will not be hard for you to get our attention.

We appreciate persistence and
promise to get back to you accordingly.

We strongly urge that if you are in a hurry or are planning a trip that you give us six to eight weeks lead time if you are in need of custom work.

Our prices will not compare to anything that is mass produced. Most of the time it will cost us more in materials than you can buy it for at that other place.

We enjoy our work but it will take significantly more time for us to create your vision than it will be for you to find it at the local outfitters.

So if it is custom you want...that is what we are all about.
